  Products       Q. What are the resources of the products?                
  A. As a manufacturer-direct wholesaler, TB Storage provide world-renowned HDD brands, including
       Toshiba, WD, Seagate. All the HDDs on sell are 100% brand new sealed.

  Q. What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
  A. The MOQ for any of our products is ONE. 
  Q. Can I take pre-purchase inspection?
  A. Sure. Instant photos and videos are on request. Besides, you are welcome to visit the
       warehouse at any time after appointment.
  Quotation       Q. How can I get the latest price of the products listed on your site?
  A. Please contact TB Storage sales team or leave a message below to grab the latest quotations
       and market information.
  Q. What Incoterms can I choose, for example EX Works, FOB, CIF, DAP?
  A. Only EX Works(HongKong).
  Q. What payment terms can you offer? And what payment methods can I choose?
        Any additional costs?
  A. 100% T/T in advance bank transfer is acceptable, and Paypal is also of your choice. 
       Customers need to bear the intermediary bank fee, freight and the import tariff.
   Shipment       Q. What shipping options does TB Storage provide?
  A. We partner with UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex and EMS to facilitate fast delivery to customers. 
       Customers can also employ forwarders to pick up the goods from our warehouse in HongKong.
  Q. How can I track my package?
  A. All the information related to the shipments will be sent to you via email after the goods
  Warranty & RMA       Q. What exactly does TB Storage Warranty cover?
  A. TB Storage assure customers return of the faulty but not physical-damaged products which are
       within the warranty period. Check

  Q. How to judge whether the products meet requirements of TB Storage Return Policy
  A. Please refer to the instruction manual for damage contents and judgment details,

  Q. What should I do in case of a complaint of RMA?
  A. Please contact your connected sales first with the serial numbers of the faulty products.

  Q. How long does the whole RMA process take?
  A. The after-sales team will process the RMA request in 24 hours. The RMA case is able to be
       closed within 10 workingdays.
